What is Gluten?
Gluten is a type of Protein found mainly in grains like Wheat, Barley and Rye. Gluten makes 80% of the Amino acids, which are known as the building blocks for protein synthesis. Though the ancient grains like Oats, Quinoa, Rice or Corn are gluten-free, the modern day processing techniques contaminate these food items with Gluten because majorly the same equipment are used for the processing the other grains like Wheat.
